How it works

A clear pathway from booking to clinical delivery.

Employment Medicine delivers premium, comprehensive occupational medicine through two clinical tiers under one organisation. InjuryEX handles booking, coordination and reporting so cases reach the right clinicians efficiently, securely and consistently.

  1. Step 01

    Book through InjuryEX

Clients arrange assessments and occupational health services through InjuryEX. A single booking pathway covers specialist work and registrar, GP and allied health services.

  2. Step 02

Directed to the appropriate clinical tier

Each case is allocated to the Employment Medicine tier that matches clinical complexity and service type.

    • Clinical tier

      Specialist Services

Directed to Occupational & Environmental Medicine Specialists (and other medical or surgical specialists where required).

    • Clinical tier

Registrar / GP + Allied Health Services

Directed to Occupational Medicine Registrars, GPs and Allied Health practitioners for high-volume and standard occupational health work.

  3. Step 03

    InjuryEX automates, coordinates and reports

InjuryEX provides the automation, coordination and reporting layer behind delivery — supporting structured scheduling, case handling and consistent documentation across both tiers.

  4. Step 04

Premium service with greater capacity and consistency

The result is a premium, comprehensive occupational medicine service: specialist depth where it is needed, scalable clinical capacity for volume work, and consistent operational standards under Employment Medicine.
